Hi,
My name is Dakota, the pretty girl in the purple collar. I'm six years old. Next to me is my Big (younger) Brother, Montana. He is four years old. Actually, we don't come from the same litter, but all the same we are family. We actually added another family member. Her name is Mocha Kitty. And, yes, she does have CATattitude. Don't let the innocent picture full you. She was just an 8 week old kitten then.
We all live in the Jemez Mountains along with our doting parents, Ken and Doreen Lawrence. We love the outdoors and enjoy doing outdoorsy kinda stuff. Montana and I chase chipmunks, we love watching the deer, elk and sometimes bear. We like joy riding in the back seat of our pickup truck or riding our ATV. We love to run and hike. Mocha Kitty comes when she can.
Our favorite past time is camping. We all load up in the truck, pulling our 5th wheel. We head up to north just over the New Mexico State Line to Colorado. Our favorite spot is Trujillos Meadows. It's so green and full of wildlife. Mocha Kitty makes herself at home in the 5th wheel and just hangs out.
We also love to travel. Especially to those places where we can travel by car. Let's see... we've been to Montana, Canada, Yellowstone, Colorado, and even to the big city of Las Vegas, Nevada. I've never seen so much light.
Our website is a photo journal of all the places we've been as well as those places where Ken and Doreen have traveled without us. Not to worry, we usually get to stay in some fancy smancy of a place which gives us ice cream for treats. Mocha Kitty usually stays with a cat sitter. She doesn't like to hang out where all the other cats have been. Just her nature, I guess.
